Just got one of the magazines I subscribe to in the mail :D
it was "Computer Shopper" July 2002. Get this months mag people and turn to page 21 and read the 1-page article! Also some good stuff for RealNetworks and their RealVideo9. It want belong now....

Doom9 I hope you do a comparision between RealVideo9, Corona and DivX5.02 Pro and XviD and DivX3.11a SBC(Nandub).

IMHO Nandub is still King!!!
Using my AIW Radeon to watch my DivX's on my TV using TV-out they look beautiful!!! Nothing beats Nandub!

Thats my opinion and the facts are in the Quality!

PS: well maybe Fairuse can tie Nandub in quality...

To bad things are changing and we must change with it...
I'm really happy using TV-out to watch my DivX's and want use DivX5 or XviD or anything else till they can beat Nandub in quality!

how can I test corona if it's not out yet? vp9 is in the works but I risk repeating myself for the I-don't-know-how-many'eth-time if I say that I have finals now. On the bright side the chances of getting a VP5 evaluation version is not as low as I thought.. on2 finally got back to me.

Of course I meant when there out....
Like I said it want belong now.
The article I read sounded good for Mpeg4 and that DVD unit makers and cable tv providers will be using it.
Corona cant mess it up :p
These companys or corporations dont care about Corona or MS they like Mpeg4.
