hi there!

i have possibly found a bug in tobias' ogg ds-filters:

while experimenting with the best settings to encode a director's comment audio track i downsampled the input from 48 to 24 kHz to achieve better compressibility (correct me if i'm making false assumptions :) )
the encoding went well, the resulting file was reasonably small and playable when i checked it in winamp, but after muxing it into an .ogm and trying to play it sounded twice as fast as normal? bug? feature :sly: ?

i believe here's something to correct in the next version :D

by the way, in case this sounded interesting to you, maybe you could throw an eye on my thread concerning the best encoding settings for commentary tracks and even post a suggestion
