VFAPI Problem!!!!

Ok, here is my problem. I encode from a PAL source and I 1st of all ripped the vobs with SmartRipper then loaded the vobs into DVD2AVI and saved it, then I loaded the .dv2 file in AVIUtl and made some cropping changes and resizing changes and saved it, then I loaded it in VFAPI hit add the .aup job and hit Convert and it looks like it is doing everything like it is supposed to but when it is finished it doesn't make a file at all! If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it!
