Hi,

I have Titanic R2. I used DVDDecrypter to rip all the vobs to the hard disk. I then used DVD2AVI to extract the AC3 audio from the main movie (title1) and create a .d2v project file for re-encoding. However I cannot get the audio for the trailer which is in title2. I guess it is not AC3 and must be mpeg audio or something but I am stumped as to what to do.

At this rate I think I am just going to have to play it realtime and capture the soundcard output!!

I have searched these forums but must not be putting the right keywords in.

HELP!!!

Thanks

D.

P.S. I have also seen this with South Park R2

have you tried playing in the dvd2avi audio menu? it really should be able to extract mpeg audio... shouldn't it?

@dweeb,

Just a little trick :

1. note the trailer length (min:sec) if you play using your
standalone DVD player or DVD-ROM with software.

2. run the DVDDecrypter, browse the chapters, find the chapter
which have the exact length with you get from step 1.

3. go to stream processing, and look how many streams are there,
you can find also, the format of the Audio too.

4. demux the audio part. ;)
