Bitrate to high

Hi !

I was trying to convert a two Audio Track SVCD, but I got always the Warning Message, that the Bitrate is to high (2882 kbps) I had to set one of the Audio on 128 kbps and the other one to 96 kbps , but thats too low for me .. is there a chance, to convert a 84 Minutes Film with two Audiotracks in 192 kbps and 128 (or higher) ?
I would really love to know, how I can do this :)

It's the combined max of the three settings(Video, Audio 1, Audio 2). All you need to do is reduce the MAX video bitrate on the bitrate tab. Make sure you keep the Avg at least 120 points below the max.
