Low and High distance from average settings - which is correct?

The Doom9 Guide for XviD in VDub in the section for Alt Curve says:


So far, the XviD forum tests point to a low distance below 100 and a high distance between 150 and 250

but the screen shot shows the two configured the opposite to that.

Which is correct?

My fault probably.... :(

First time I'd done a guide, however, your best bet is to read the latest results & threads here. As it seems alot more testing & results are now available since I first tried to write it up.
