Convert AVI to SVCD

Hi,

I want to convert a DivX-AVI to SVCD.
I downloaded this AVI from EDonkey.

I have testet DVD2SVCD 1.0.9 B2 and 1.0.9 B3 P22.

When I select under Misc, Input File Type "AVI", then i can open my AVI under "AVI file" in Conversion.

The AVI-File opens, but DVD2SVCD shows me no "Movie Length" and no "Selected Audio". So i can't convert this AVI to a SVCD :(

When I open the AVI with Windows Media Player, it plays perfectly. The DivX Codec is already installed.

What do I wron?

your avi file was copied from a burned cd right ?
go to the avi properies and in the atributes remove the read only flag.

Hi,

the Read-Only Flag wasn't set!
I downloaded the AVI(DivX)-File from EDonkey (a Fileshare-Utility).

Any Ideas???
