It was the 15 of june of the year 2001 and it seamed to be a day like one other day , but in doom9.org page there was a news that presented a new software that would automate the complete process of svcd creation. So I downloaded, it was an unrated version and I gave it a try. 18 hours after I had my first completed svcd made with this master piece software and NEVER used any other one. Since then many new features were added and who knows what will come next. The programmer of dvd2svcd never stops to surprise me with the new features that are being added with the time.
This post is specially directed to him to “ dvd2svcd “ thank you for making our “ addict less painful”

clixomano hey man great post here, glad 2 see people like you around this forum. You are totally correct dvd2svcd has made all of our lives easyer, and sometimes i think some people forget how wonderful such a program is. I have almost a 100 movies now that i've backedup, and the fact is without this program i dont know how i would of backedup them up.

Not only do i wanna thank you dvd2svcd but i want to thank doom9 and the others that have been working so hard even before i came on board just 6 months ago, also if you haven't donated please do, we all want to keep this going and a little contrabution would be appreciated also if you have donated go ahead donate again its well worth the new features that are being worked on as we speak.

Heh I've done at least 60 svcds since September, it beats my old method of smart ripper-->dvd2svi-->tmpgenc by a long shot.

btw, when is 1.0.9 b3 expected to be released?
