maybe i'm stupid and missing something, but one of the few things that has miffed me a little about vdub is that the settings for capture are saved in the registry (i think) which means i can't just plop my vdub folder in a new computer and only have to change which capture device it looks at to get it running. other side effects are that i can't run different versions on the same computer without having one overwrite the options of the other.
has someone found a way around this, or just want to express moral support?
even though vdub releases are pretty much bug free, it'd still be nice to not have to go through the whole setup process repeatedly when going from current -> new -> current version or whatever.
