Sorry to ask this, but I'm kind of confused. I read in doom9's Oggmachine-guide this line:
"Change framerate is only necessary if you want to convert a PAL movie to NTSC (the inverse way does not work yet)."
Then I read that DSPGuru has written "pal2ntsc isn't supported (yet?). only ntsc2pal." in another thread.
Then I read: "- currently, ssrc.dll is only capable of downsampling. (upsampling isn't supported)." in the "Read before reporting BeSweet bugs!"-thread. Isn't downsampling rather from 25 to 23? I tried to create an 23.976-ogg out of a pal-ac3 (using Oggmachine), and the resulting ogg was 4 minutes shorter than the 84-minute-source, although I expected it rather to be longer!?
