No. Actually no.

Exist only Nic's ACM codec and this is only for decoding and :-( little crappy (unuse for video)...

Its a DirectShow filter, & is pretty crappy for video indeed. As soon as MCF is done or OGM becomes opensource im going to rewrite the whole thing. Promise. :)

AAC is very VBR, so it doesn't go into AVI at all well.
