I'm currently working on a project where I convert an NTSC movie to PAL. I have downmixed the AC3 soundtrack to Dolby Surround with azid and increased the playback speed to match 25 fps. Does that destroy the surround information? If it does, how can you do the time streching while preserving the surround information?
