Something which might be of note: turning on 'Smooth Playback' in the new playback options tab in DivX502 and then watching an Ogg containing a video stream with B frames gives a totally black picture throughout the movie. =)
Smooth Playback delays playback by one frame (losing the last frame of the video) in order to allow more CPU efficient decoding of B frames. It seems this doesn't cooperate with the Ogg stream filters..
It doesn't happen with movies containing no B frames, and doesn't happen with the same video stream in an AVI.
