Hi.
I tried backing up the german DVD of "Das Experiment" ans I found 2 things which could be interesting.
1. Setting the max bitrate to 9800 kBit/s resulted in a mux error in Scenarist. Worked better with a setting of 9500 and I don't think that would really affect image quality.
2. In the guide it is mentioned that at layer change there can be a new cell without having a chapterpoint. I found this also without layer change. The VOB ID is the same allover the movie and there is no layer change but @ 1:26:26 there is also a new cell which hasn't assigned a chapterpoint.
Perhaps this information can help somebody.
