how to transcode menus?

Ok someone correct me if im wrong...

hitting menu extras edits video_ts.vob OR vts_0x_0.vob

and

hitting vob extras edits vts_0x_1-x.vob

I want to transcode a vts_01_0.vob....but ifoedit
has remux greyed out when i hit menu extras....

How do I transcode the menus? Or is there a simpler way?

I don't know of a way to do it through IFOEdit. I usually end up reauthoring with Maestro.
