Video stutters !!!

Hello !!!

I got a divx movie from a friend and the video stutters while the sound is perfect !!! It was encoded, i think, in divx 3 !!! I tested the movie with the ffdirectshow filters and with the divx 5.02 decoder, but it doesn't work correctly! What's up with this movie ??? can i do something to remove the stuttering ??? I hope somebody can help me !

Hi,

What post processing settings do you have enabled? If you are using double buffering, try turning it off.

Hi - try also:

-lowering resolution of ur monitor.
-disabling any apps that may be running in the background ( virus scanners etc ).

... also, it plays ok on your friends computer correct ?

... also what's with the ---> !!!!!!!! ... somethin on the rules page about this pardner. ;)

I tested it on other pcs and it didn't work !!! i've got 1333 MHz so it can't be the pc !!! i think it's the movie, but i can't find out what problem there is !!!
