I want to save your codec comparins as web archive complete ".mht" and I would like to be able to give it to people, zipped, for their reading pleasure, for educational non profit reasons only.
I figure it'll save a little bit of your bandwidth anyways....
May I do this ? If you want to grant permission with some terms let me know.
