No decode audio option

Hi, I'm sure I've done something dumb here. I have a VOB file which plays fine both off the DVD and my hard drive. When I try to Flask it, all audio options except 'don't decode audio' are greyed out (even in the global options).

A few weeks back I was having problems synchronising some audio and tried several things - maybe I stuffed something up then, but now even a reinstall of FlaskMpeg doesn't help. Can anyone suggest what I'm doing wrong? Thanks

Whoops, maybe I didn't stuff something up. I just tried a different DVD that I've worked with in the past. This time the audio options are there. So my question becomes, am I running into some sort of copy protection or some other problem? Thanks again.

don't think that's a copyprotection issue, sound more like u got a DVD with lpcm audio ;)

Thank you - that has solved the problem. I hadn't some across LPCM before.
