Audio remastering? how?

Hi,
I have an old movie which soundtrack was sampled with 22KHz.
Is there a way to produce higher frequencies, say up to 15KHz?

I have seen a couple of programs that can create false harmonics in the high frequency band. They are Nero Wave Editor and Acoustica from aconas.de but they don't sound very good, if there is a better solution I would be interested.

Thanks for the advice! I have Nero Wave Editor here, I tried it and it gives really nice results, but not thaat nice as you said, it produces some sort of artifacts :(

Thanks for the link! I downloaded the program right with the Hi-Hat plugin. I choosed the "High Frequency Rebirth" preset, but it doesn't help, it just make some noise in the background, but no or nearly no sound enhancement.
Can you recommend some really good settings?
