This bad command message is probably due to REGSVR32 command not being
present in path. I don't know if that's the default behaviour in Win98, since I've got XP here. You can do the following: go to WINDOWS\SYSTEM and copy REGSVR32.EXE to the text6 filter folder, then run the install.bat again. We'll take a look at this........
DeXT
==================================================================
to all that can help:
1. after follow DeXT's procedure, i finally able to get text6 filter installed. however, i still get the sync problem with cbr & vbr mp3. it's more like the sound is "cooked" if u r familiar with "uncook95.exe"'s problem.
2. all the software i used is the latest version (dx81a). mode2cdmaker seems to be perfect, but problem seems to be coming from text6 filter mainly due to incompatible with win98. does any1 encounter this problem?? :confused:
3. as i read through the forum, seems to me that oggmux, ogg5.1, and some DS filters are incompatible under win98se environment, is this really true? how can i prevent it? or is it the time that i should update myself to winxp pro?
