Resizing in a trapezoid ?

Is there any filter existing to resize a video in a trapezoid ?

I'm fairly certain that all frames have to be rectangular in shape. You can of course do some form of asymmetrical letterboxing to make the video trapetzoidically shapedalbeit with black borders around. Premiere is one editing soft I know of that can do this.
