Ogg Playback

Hi,
After sometime out I decided to give Ogg a try and did my first encoding using Ogg audio and muxing it with Ogg Mux.

I encoded the movie Cats & Dogs using GKnot, DivX 5.02, and Ogg audio.

Before they're muxed the video and the audio play normally, however after they're muxed using Ogg Mux the movie does not play. A black screen appers and the time doesn't advance.

Yes I have installed Ogg DirectShow Filter v0.9.9.1 (reinstalling it did not work either). I am using new ZoomPlayer (that supports Ogg files).

Please help, what am I doing wrong ?!?!

i had some problems early on with zoomplayer and I fixed them by using the default filter graphs

In the decoder options of the DivX 5.0.2, where the smooth playback and all the rest are, u must disable the first one and the last one. Otherwise you would get a blank screen or a screen that vibrates.

I guess this must be your problem. Don't know if I'm stating the obvious, but the decoder options are in the program group DivX.

That's an interesting work around that you figured out. Have you reported this to divx.com as an issue?

Can you confirm if Jacker's idea resolved the problem for us? If it didn't I suggest trying another player like BSPlayer or PowerDIvx to see if the problem still exists.
