Few questions on Divx

Hi all


1. Are there any rules of thumb for calculating the maximum number of CDs for generating a good quality DivX based on the length of the movies. For example Is 1 CD (650Mb/700Mb) good for 60 minute movie length. Or is it very much related to how the original movie represent, 24fps --- 30 fps?

2. Is there an online database for parameters of Divx a certain movie. For example, Ninja Scroll, Region 1, shoud use blah, .... blah paramters in IVTC.....

@1 Generally, if you want more than 90ish minutes on a disc, you're going to have to start cutting corners on resolution and bitrate for audio.

@2 Not that I know of.
