hey
i have an avi, compressed with the cenepak codec. i would like to recompress into a divx5 avi, and have been trying to do so with vitualdub. i can sort out all the settings by loosely following the guides, but when it comes to the actual processing, i get an error saying
"cannot start video compression: The source image is not acceptable (error code -2)"
any ideas on what i must to to get it working?
btw, i also have a quicktime .mov file of the same video, would/could it be easier to use this as the source file in converting to divx? (i dont think so, but just in case...)
