Smart: vob splitt - demuxed ac3 merge?

Hi Smartripper Users out there.

I do have a little question on the "stream processing"
options of Smartripper 2.41. I coppied the videotream
and only my needed german audio stream to disc. I checked
the option "splitt every vob" and so smartripper did.
I got 5 vob files on HDD (on disc there were five vobs too).

BUT I would like to get only one demuxed ac3 stream. Actually
I get the 5 vob's and 5x (ca. 20min) ac3 streams. Is there a
possibility to get 5x 1024MB vob's and 1x demuxed (e.g. 160min)
ac3 stream with only one ripp?

After some testing I find a silly way out. First
I ripp the movie without audio (I got 5x 1024MB vob's)
then I did a second ripp (only the german ac3 stream)
and I got one 330MB ac3 stream.

Is there somebody with the answer? I would do both steps
in one!

Hi, I don't really know it by heart, but I think if you've read Doom9's guide about stream processing in Smartripper thoroughly, there'd be no-more questions about that.

Anyway: If you've activated stream processing with the corresponding check box - and, well, "split every VOB" under options (shouldn't affect your resulting AC3 stream anyway)- then you select the streams in question, again by check boxes. If you highlight each selected stream, then on the right is to appear the chosen file output for this stream.
In your case: select Direct stream copy for Video stream - will be split due to your option settings- and for audio stream select demux to extra file. That's it. And no splitting with AC3, AFAIK.

Of course - I red the doom9 guide. (and many others
divx-digest.com videotools.net...) You wrote, the
"splitt every vob" does'nt affect the ac3. But it did.

The Problem is, I get five vobs and five ac3 segments
(every ac3 ca. 20min).
(I enable stream processing+the videostream+german audio+
demux file) But, I would like to get five vobs and only
one ac3 stream on HDD. If I ripp the german ac3 stream
without any video I get one ac3 file demuxed (ca.100min).

Why does'nt it work with the video stream?
