change the delay on ac3 without remastering

I have A silver of Resident evil with the audio about .25 of a second to fast. is there a way of extracting the audio, changing the delay(i know how to do this)then putting it back in again

Or can you cange the audio delay in the ifo file ?

change all the PTS (and probably DTS) values for the AC3 stream by a fixed amount and hope for the best ;)
