All Chapters 00:00:00 when I import the index in OGGmux

When I rip the DVD with SmartRipper I have checked the option to get the index file while ripping.

I must say that I disable some streams, and I also disable the last chapter (with the credits).

When I import the index file to OGM all chpaters are 00.00.00.....

?

Smartripper hardly ever correctly detects the chapter timestamps (in fact it only did it right just one time so far for me).

Use ChapterXtractor to get the correct timestamps and mux the file it creates with your movie.

i think smartripper in stream mode( when you demux video to file) doesn't create any chapter info.

any other experiences???

Well, I usually use that stream mode, and sometimes it generates such info, sometimes it doesn't.
I already tried to contact the author but he doesn't have an email and doesn't check this forum often.

It's most accurate to use chapterXtractor for the chapter times (or, since you have to type in the chapter names anyways, you can type in the stuff from your DVD cover ;) ).
