What is this green line on the right? [Archive]

I do not know if this is is avisynth 1.06 new simple resize filter, but in GordianKnot 0.26 I autocrop and then Smart Crop All and I get a green line on the right of my screen. I suppose it is avisynth but if it is not please move this thread to the appropriate category...

BUT WHAT IS THIS?
