job list flush failed:permission denied

as i tried to add some job to the joblist
i got this error code:
job list flush failed:permission denied

if i tried to open the jobcontrol and to close it with the ok bottom i got this error code:
microsoft visual c++ debug libary
debug error! program: c:\virt_dup\virtualdup.exe
abnormal program termination

could anybody help?
