I can't load in oggmux a ".srt" subtitle

hi you all, I have made a subtitle file with subrip 0.97b that oggmux can't handle.
Can anyone check what is wrong with it please?

@jurij,

make sure I've already installed the Tobias's SubTitDS filter first,
before trying to mux them.

and...

make sure you are not using Win98SE or below 'cause the subtit will
not work.
