by making my LOTR DVD, I discovered many stuff. I wanted to know if you encountered the same troubles.
I decided to patch my 480x480 movies with a 720x480 resolution for importing in maestro.
I imported the subtitles also.
If I edit a simple subtitles, the images goes to the left (maybe because it's not a real 720) and the subtitles are centered.
Viewing the DVD on home DVD player is ok, subtitles are in the right position but playing with font subtitles size doesn't affect except 20 (which are small subtitles) and from 22 to upper, size on the screen is correct but stay the same.
Viewing on a computer makes the subtitles on the right, part of them are hidden and it seems the subtitles size are making the difference this time (to get centered subtitles, I have to make an offset like y=-180)
Any experiences? Does the problem comes from the patching operation made with dvd patcher 1.04?
