Consider yourself striked out 1 time.
Just read 2-3-4 threads below this one and you'll find what you seek for.
If you're too lazy to read some other threads, use the search function of this forum, it would have unveiled your problem's solution.

Search for the thread: XCD: automatic media detection and licensing (at the end) ;)
or go to http://membres.lycos.fr/zorgzorg/
There is an installer, but it is in french and didn't work for me.
BTW
When searching for help on this problem I repeatedly got this thread, so hopefully this will help some people. :)

thanx for the help ivanova. dont know what keopi's problem was. i did what he told me but only to be brought back to my own thread. all i wanted was a simple solution not for him to bite my head off. guess thats what happens when you become a programmer is that you think everone should know all the answers. well if we knew all the answer then we wont have forums right. well just my two cents. guess in the future i wont ask koepi any questions. thanx again ivanova

This is more than just lazyness since you try to accuse me of being wrong.
You didn't do your homework.
You didn't read the "reamde.txt" from the program's author.
You just demand that someone solves your problem. Wrong attitude man!
make this strike 3 - you're out.
(yeah i know I'm soooooooooo arrogant and stuff. but you are really kind by wasting other peoples time. ...)

Have you tried downloading the file from Download a DLL (http://www.download-a-dll.com)?
