is there a way to import vdub filters into programs like paint shop pro or adobe photoshop for use on photos?
I thought of another way to do this a around about way but I need something explained to me:
Can someone write the steps of how to take still pictures and make them into a slide show avi in primiere?
If we coiuld do this then we can just make like a 5 frame video of the same picure apply a filter copy output frame to clipboard then recompress it in paint shop or photohop.
But if someone could quickly write down the steps I would need to do this using premiere 6 that would be great.
