not supported by the spec (afaik), but do supported by some dvd players.

moving to svcd forum... (they know about it more than us ;)).

Definitely not in the svcd specs. You can multiplex an ac3 file with an svcd compliant mpeg2 using bbmpeg but the resulting file will be non-compliant. I never say never, but I don't think there are any dvd players which can properly play a disk authored like this, at least not as a svcd. A mini-dvd compatible dvd player might be able to properly play this though.
