Joining Avi with diff framerate?

is there a way to change two .avi files that has different framerates... or do i have to ivtc?

IVTC = Inverse Telecine. That's for taking Telecined content at 30fps back to 24fps ... (29.97 and 23.976, but close enough). Unless your 29.97fps content was originally film, you probably will not like the result.

wat if one of the files are at 24fps and other one at 14fps?

You'd better keep them as two. Since you can't recreate the 'missing' 10 frames from the 14 fps avi you'd have to 'take them out' of the 24 fps, which is *not* an easy task. And then you would have one avi with a terrible quality.. :(
