I'm using the latest DVD2SVCD (1.0.9 build 2) and noticed the following "bugs":

1)

- Under the tab section, I have the following set:

Max: 2530
Min: 600
Min Avg: 1850
Max Avg: 2230

Yet looking at the LOG tab, it says:

"- Video Encoding using Cinema Craft"
...
"Video Encoding Mode: Multipass VBR
Min. bitrate: 600
Max. bitrate: 2530
Avg. Bitrate: 2120"

Where did it figure out that Avg. Bitrate is 2120!? And how do I
change this??

2)

"---AVS Begin---"
...
"ResampleAudio(44100)"

Yet I have it set under the Audio tab "audio 1 downsample 48->44.1"
as unchecked, and even VCDXBuild complains the audio is 48000 and not 44100 (but PowerDVD has the audio info showing as 44.1) which one should I trust???

Thanks..

1:
Dvd2SVCD calculates the bitrate needed to fill the number of CDs you chose in bitrate-tab for the give movie-length. For your movie it's 2120, and this surely is correct. With max. avg. and min. avg. you only set the border-values of your avg., not the actualy used value. So there is no error.

2:
This line in CCE is only to prevent some errors with some AMD-CPUs and CCE, no audio is done with CCE, it's done with BeSweet.

3:
Read the Q&A and the manuals, and both of your questions were answered!

4:
Use a title that describes the content of your post.

Sorry...

you are correct. and I did read the FAQ.. in fact, I read it at least 6 times.. NO KIDDING!

But I seem to have missed those 2 points.

your getting 2 strikes for this post. You broke rule (1) and rule (9)I dont like the ??? either trying to draw attention to your post not good. In any event the fact you drew attention to yourself and didnt use a title 2 describe your problems is frowned upon on this site. 1 more strike and you'll be put on suspension.
