hi all
a friend of mine made several NTSC vcd's (different movies) using smartripper/dvd2avi/vdub/tmpg
the audio produced by dvd2avi was fine but the final VCD plays the audio jurky (in several DVD's).
when he made a PAL VCD in the same method , the result was ok.
the VCD audio is standard - 44.1khz 16bit , nothing special in the VCD...
what could be the reason for that?
