Corrupt M2V Stream

i have an mpeg2 video stream (m2v file) that will not mux correctly in bbmpeg because of two corrupt spots. the file (video only) plays back ok in powerdvd with the exception of two minor glitches in the problem areas, but after muxing, the stream wont playback corectly at all.

is there a tool that will repair the corrupt video stream, or a different muxing prog that might overlook the minor glitches and produce a valid program stream??
