I noticed that when I extract the chapters (w/ ChapterXtractor) the chapter times are out of sync with the movie. They would be correct if the film were run at 24fps, but since it's at 23.976fps they slowly move out of sync, around 10 seconds at the end of a 2 hour movie. This is the case on every movie I have encoded (dozens).
I know ChapterXtractor has a framerate setting, but that only affects frame based output, and appears to do nothing for time based output.
Am I missing something, or is there some way to correct this?
