I am really sorry that i broke the rules.
I am not an us citizen or out of an english-speaking country, so i dont really know if i understand every little small thing in your rules. I dont blame somebody, i respect everbody, i simply have a small question and i dont know wich rule i 've broken. Could you please tell me wich rule?
I used the search function and get no matches in case of this topic.
sorry, sorry, sorry.
thank you
(please dont write back "This is strike two", Thank you!)

Head over to http://doom9.net ... go to the guide section and select the VCD/SVCD guide section ... and pick a method of your choice. dvd2svcd is probably a good starting point.
Also check the dvd2svcd homepage - there is a link to a German guide to dvd2svcd (just an assumption :)).

He did tell you. Read the guides, FAQS and the forum before you post. Rule 1.
There is a guide on doom9.org how to use DVD2SVCD and there are plenty of posts on how to use a VOB if you don't have the IFO file around. Use the search feature.
We are here to help you along the way not to walk you through step by step. You need to read up on your own.
