When doing VCD, do I select CBR and not CQ?

Hi, I'm going to try an AVI to VCD and was wondering if I would keep it set at CQ or change it to CBR for TMPG after loading the VCD-Settings.ini?

Hi Holomatrix,

I would say if you want to folow the VCD specs precisely then you have to use CBR. But see this thread for more on that topic:

Ok, thanks. I'll just have to remember after loading the VCD-Setting.ini to change TMPG from CQ to CBR.
