Hi !

I would like to make a 3-audio-stream Divx with one in 5.1.
The easier is to use an Ogm format, but is the 5.1 possible ?
I've also tried an avi, but how to cut the file for 2CD when it is done whis avimux ? Or how to cut an AC3 ?

I've tried to mux an AC3 file in an ogm, but the sound is ugly (no interleave time as in an Avi under Nandub !).
I would like to use the Vobis 5.1, but I've read that this feature is not totaly ready and the streams aren't very good separated in. What to do think ?

AC3 in OGM has proven to be a pain in the booty right now. For AC3, stick with AVI and use NanDub to cut/split your movies into CDs. I suppose your other 2 audio streams should be (LAME)MP3 as well.

Look through the guides and search/browse the forum for more information on the above that I mention. Also, for the last time....Vorbis multi-channel is not ready for prime time yet. Some of us are merely testing it but I doubt any serious encoder in this forum is using it for multi-channel needs. Lets hope the Vorbis devs get the coupling implemented soon:)
