Ogm videos do not play!!!!

hi! i need help!
I made a 790MB OGM file and when i play from hd it works, bt after converting to bin a burning i can't make it read from the cd.
The OGM contains divx5 video, 2 vorbis 64kbit audio files and 2 .srt subtitles files.
It is weird because with avi files it worked perfectly.
What can it be?

I don't think XCD works with avi video. I am not sure though, if it works I will start doing that so I can use the extra space.

He said it was an OGG contaainer not AVI. XCD or M2F2 does not work flawlessly with all CD drives ATM. MaTTeR can attest to this personally. De_xt and Avih have been working on this.

Well this issue was already solved, he burned the OGM file maintaining the OGM extension (instead of DAT) and seems the OGG DSF tries to take over every file with OGM extension so it just doesn't work this way.

In fact there is little we can do about this, it's the way the OGM filter is registered and it's not a bug so nothing to fix. The workaround is just burn with another extension, which is what we recommend anyways.

Regarding the CD/DVD drive compatibility, the next mode2cdmaker version will use a new XA subheader which has proven to be more compatible with existing drives, in fact MaTTeR (who has done a superb work at beta testing) proven it to work at one of his "problematic" DVD drives (the Samsung still refuses to load it). Also, the new filter is needed in order to read this.

i had problem reading a xcd file from cd.the problem was the writing software i used.first i used cdrwin to write the bin file,didn't work.then,after some advice,i used nero to burn the bin file and it worked perfectly.
maybe this is your problem.
