Fuzziness and Blocks issue

Hi guys...Im ripping 10 things i hate about u and with various good settings i cant get it to work..during the low motion scenes the quality is ok (not to my liking) and when people move the blocks and fuzz just get worse.. so in turn i tried raising the filter is the motion curve tab to 400,2500.. i dont know what to do to get rid of this fuzziness around images and this motion problem.. ive ripped this movie 4 times with soft bicubic,sharp bicubic and precise bilinear. Im using res of 576x304..can anyone help?

if anyone has a good vcf if they did this movie and it came out really good for them, listing the settings would be really appreciated... its been like 3 days and i cant get this personal rip..thx.. i know someone did this before :)

set curve compression to 10 and try again.
