I have read the thread about alt. curve settings, but I am still a little confused.
I am going to encode some movies with that feature.
After reading the advices, should I consider as a rule of thumb that for a low-action movie (like the others) I should choose a high aggression and for a high action movie it is better to choose the low aggression ?

Thanks for your advices

I don't know. I'd say, low aggression always is safe. But rest assured, whatever you choose, chances are small that the result wil be affected heavily.

Thank you.
I will experiment with both, on samples. People seem to use majoritarily the low aggression indeed. That feature seem interesting, but the quality is increasing more because of the general code of the codec than a particular feature, isn't it ?
