Issue with ffdshow filter + DivX 4.12

There is a chance that this could be an isolated case, but I get rather irritating horizontal lines at the top and bottom of the image when I use ffdshow with 4.12 rips (it does not appear to happen with 3.11 or 5). If ffdshow is uninstalled, however, the problem vanishes. I have attached a screen capture so you know what I'm talking about.

Does anyone else have this problem? If so, is there a way to correct it?

I also have noticed this line once and a while with xvid video (note the forum) usally right in the middle

did u try changing the IDCT method?
