vdfilters (tHE fISH) modified Donald Graft's DeFlicker filter for VirtualDub. The new filter is a 1-pass filter which uses the optimized DeFlicker code at window size 1, which many people used for good quality denoising. It's fast and produces the same output as DeFlicker when used with window size 1.
