I am using the new dvd2svcd, version 1.0.8.

I got an error message that I have never seen before in the dvd2svcd log:

Unable to write to D:\DVD2SVCD\Movie\dvd2svcd project file.d2s

I think I had/have plenty of space. I wasn't looking at the file or anything.

Shouldn't this file have underscores? When I do crash recovery, it goes back to video encode, but I all ready have the completed "Encoded_Video_CCE_NTSC.mpv", its ready to mux.

Is there anyway I can make dvd2svcd pick up AFTER the video encode even tho it doesn't want to? Without having to manually split/mux etc?

The movie is unique, its what I think to be an illegal rip of starwars (a new hope). Its interlaced, so progressive frames and top field first are both disabled. I don't think this would make a difference?

Here is my DVD2SVCD log:

Make sure to do a search before you post. It could save you wasted time and the forum wasted space.

Does this apply to you?

Make sure you shut off virus scanners before you use DVD2SVCD.

My apologies, I understand that repeated questions are a common problem in these forums. I did a search but obviously it wasn't a very good one. My bad.

I do indeed have virus software, hardcore software at that. This was done on my work machine, the software does not have an option to temp. disable it. Manually disabling/stopping the process or service messes sh*t all up.

Oh well, thanks for the response.
