24 fps pal dvds

Hi little problem for me
i ripped a dvd pal with smartripper , now when i use dvd2avi it tells me 24fps 16:9 movie , i encode it with tmpgenc , but my sound is desynchro with video can it come from this 24fps (cause i encode it in svcd pal so 25fps ) ?
how can i solve that

Set framerate in TMPGenc to 25 fps and check 'do not framerate conversion' in advanced tab.
