Cats & Dogs R2

I want to make a backup of Cats & Dogs R2. The film is just over 5Gb. There doesn't seem to be any extra languages or subtitles (other than english). There are three vts sections vts_01_x, vts_02_x & vts_03_x. I would like keep everything including the extras and would like to know if it is possible to transcode them all at the same time using ReMPEG2. I mean, can I create one cffl file which has all the vts sections and then encode that? Or do I need to do each section separately. Thanks!

or you cut cut down the credits. I did that to save space. Cut the things that have no impact before you start cutting down the quality of the movie. Remove tailers or downsample. I mean the disc your backing up (which you own) was purchased for the movie, not the trailers right?

I understand you can use CCE now btw which could save SUBSTANTIAL space and keep the quality (almost) for all video, pretty much half the space!
